Sounds crazy, doesn’t it?

No…It’s the best!

Some of our biggest fans put their jerky gold in the smoker. Here’s the quick instructions on how to add more flavor to your jerky gold!

  1. SOAK MEAT OVERNIGHT IN JERKY GOLD
  2. (BEFORE YOU PUT IN YOUR OVEN OR DEHYDRATOR) PUT MEAT IN SMOKER WITH APPLEWOOD/HICKORY CHIPS FOR 2-3 HOURS (NO MORE THAN THAT!) AT ABOUT 160 DEGREES.
  3. CONTINUE TO COOK WHILE IN SMOKER (WITH SMOKE TURNED OFF) OR PLACE MEAT INTO DEHYDRATOR OR OVEN UNTIL DONE. OVERALL TIME FOR DEHYDRATION IS USUALLY 8-12 HOURS
