1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup bourbon

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon Jerky Gold Marinade

5 to 6 shakes Worcestershire

1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika

A splash of red wine

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
