We want to give a few tips related to making your jerky last and to optimize your jerky gold making experience with a vacuum sealer!
If you’re making jerky or marinating a steak use this tip…
Place your steak or sliced jerky into a vacuum bag then pour your jerky gold marinade/seasonings onto the meat to be ready for vacuum sealing.
The meat will absorb the marinade/seasonings like water on a sponge! Let it marinate as long as you wish but instead of marinating your jerky overnight, 3-4 hours can do the trick or go as long as you want. It all depends on how strong you want it!
If you haven’t devoured all your jerky in one sitting, (we hope you didn’t do that) vacuum seal it! Vacuum sealers make your food last and stay fresh! Jerky will keep fresh for several months!
We can’t live without our vacuum sealers! If you’re a home cooker or somebody that likes to keep your food fresh, do yourself a favor and purchase one!
